Checks raw materials, parts, and entire products that are being processed in the Valve Assembly Plant. Ensuring tests are run, records of defects are kept, products are analyzed and overseeing procedures so that each product measures up to the company’s standards.

  • Selecting a random sample of valves and check them carefully using special gauges.
  • Check work orders or blueprints to make sure products are up to company standards.

Surface cleaning, preparation, and Sandblasting. Applying primer and topcoat to valves, in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clean and prepare surface areas prior to sandblasting.
  • Complete pre-start equipment check.
  • Carry out abrasive sandblasting in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain sandblasting tools and equipment.
